Job Description

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align cultural initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze employee feedback and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Organize and oversee internal events that promote team collaboration and morale.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Support HR in embedding organizational values into daily practices and policies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of culture and engagement programs.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Culture and Engagement Consultant should have:

  • A strong background in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
