Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various source systems into the enterprise platform.
  • Work heavily within the Azure ecosystem, including:
    • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
    • Databricks
    • Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
  • Build and optimize data processing workflows using Python and PySpark.
  • Implement and manage pipelines across the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
  • Write production-grade code to support scalable, reliable data engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Engineer specializing in Azure should have:

  • Deep, hands-on experience in Databricks
  • Proficiency in PySpark and Python
  • Proven track record of building data pipelines end-to-end



Strong experience with:

  • Data ingestion
  • Data processing
  • Data orchestration and automation
  • Azure Data Lake and flat-tree structures



Additional Experience

  • Knowledge of Medallion Architecture
  • Experience with AWS Databricks is a plus
