The Digital Product Manager works with the Business Project Management and serves as the owner of the assigned product/s. Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.

Job Description

Business Product

Owner · Performs analysis ensuring the product, process, and system quality which involves, but not limited to Client Mobile App, Core Banking, other digital platforms. · Meets with the Business Project Manager on a regular basis, to review progress and to discuss future program steps.

Agile Product

Management · Translates the business strategy into actionable tasks and work with cross-functional partners to execute those requirements. · Defines product features according to customer needs. · Manages and prioritizes the product backlog · Acts as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders. · Assists the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.

Continuous Improvement

Support · Supports the team in developing, coaching and executing site Continuous Improvement Master Plan, including business partner support, project execution, program management and mentoring. · Maintains crucial project documents which track project progress. Ensures records of all project documents are in an appropriate database, and ensures that all documents are accurate and are based on the set standard as agreed with the Project Manager. · Identifies potential issues/ delays or risks that could affect the progression of the project. Communicate these items with the Project Manager, and works to identify potential solutions.

Leading/Coaching Business

Partner · Provides primary support to business and functional leaders of the company, including Identification/chartering/prioritization of improvement opportunities. Acts as a coach and change agent to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.

Ad hoc tasks · Performs other duties required by superior from time to time.

The Successful Applicant

Work Experience · Three to five years of experience in digital product management or similar role. · Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills · Experience in usability and customer-focused design · Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems · Open for both Product Manager or Product Owners previous job experience

Education Bachelor's Degree of any course

Certification Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Certification is a plus.
