Job Description

  • Develop and implement the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework aligned with the retail industry's standards.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across various business functions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings and recommendations for senior management.
  • Monitor emerging risks and trends, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Train and educate employees on risk management practices and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external risk-related inquiries.
