Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage budgets and optimise cost efficiency for facilities-related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for facility upgrades and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of the facilities.
  • Supervise and support the facilities management team.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management on facilities operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Head should have

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimise operational costs effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
