Job Description

As the Finance & Business Excellence Group Head, you will:

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive profitability, cost optimisation, and financial performance management across the business.
  • Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and funding strategies.
  • Deliver business insights through performance analytics, reporting dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
  • Champion systems governance, MIS oversight, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to improve processes, accountability, and business performance.

The Successful Applicant

What Makes a Successful Applicant?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA qualification strongly preferred. MBA is advantageous.
  • 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • 5 to 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Strong background in FP&A, treasury, financial reporting, and business analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High integrity, ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
