Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage cash flow and financial planning to support operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional growth and performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in financial documentation and processes.

The Successful Applicant

Finance Controller Non‑Negotiables / Required

  • Strong finance and tax background, with experience in manufacturing, distribution, and service organizations.
  • Deep expertise in costing, product standards, inventory controls, audit readiness, and reporting.
  • Proven track record leading ERP implementations and managing IT systems strategy.
  • Strong process improvement and workflow modernization experience.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a multi‑generation finance team of 10+.
  • Skilled in partnering with operations, commercial teams, and global stakeholders.
  • High maturity level, capable of driving structural and cultural transformation.



Good‑to‑Have

  • Experience working within multinational or matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with Infor, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to AI enablement, automation, Power BI, and IT governance best practices.
  • Experience in organizations undergoing restructuring or high‑growth scaling.
