Job Description

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and overall finance operations
  • Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and healthcare regulations
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and team capability

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Extensive finance leadership experience
  • Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and treasury
  • Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management capability



Good-to-haves / Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital finance
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
