The Finance Manager will lead end-to-end accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role partners closely with management to deliver financial insights, optimise processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Job Description

  • Lead accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT)
  • Strengthen internal controls, manage audits, and support business operations

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in the retail industry
  • Strong accounting, financial reporting, and compliance background
  • Proven experience in audits and multi-entity finance operations
  • Expertise in VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT filings and statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills



Good-to-haves / Preferred:

  • CPA certification
  • Experience supporting store operations (openings, closings, inventory checks)
