The position is based in the Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and regional business operations.

Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop the CSO Finance Team, ensuring strong performance and capability growth.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting activities.
  • Partner with operational leaders to support strategic and data-informed decision-making.
  • Translate operational plans into financial forecasts, scenarios, and recommendations.
  • Support service pricing, cost-to-serve analysis, staffing models, and productivity initiatives.
  • Deliver meaningful financial insights during monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Act as a key finance contact, driving alignment between finance and business stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling expertise.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting operational or customer service organisations preferred.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
