Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Analyse financial results and investigate variances
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Support statutory, internal, and external audit requirements
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Partner with global stakeholders across finance and operations
  • Maintain balance sheet integrity and resolve ageing items
  • Act as SME for complex accounting and reporting issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful GL Supervisor should have:

  • At least 6 years of experience in GL or R2R
  • Shared Services or multinational company experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles
  • Experience handling month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven experience driving process improvements
