Job Description

  • Lead the set-up and operational direction of the new coffee business.
  • Develop practical retail plans that support the business launch and daily operations.
  • Set clear operational priorities to help the coffee business meet its commercial objectives.
  • Oversee retail activities to maintain consistent service and efficient store operations.
  • Coordinate launch activities across the business to ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Review operational results and use findings to improve day-to-day retail delivery.
  • Establish clear working procedures that support reliable operations as the business develops.
  • Represent the coffee business in internal discussions related to retail operations and planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM should have:

  • Experience leading retail operations for a coffee or food and beverage business.
  • Ability to plan and deliver the launch of a new business or retail concept.
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day retail operations and service delivery.
  • Ability to turn business priorities into clear operational plans.
  • Experience reviewing operational performance and identifying practical improvements.
  • Capability to create and maintain clear operating procedures.
