Job Description

  • Improve operational efficiency across retail, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, logistics, and customer experience functions.
  • Build and strengthen a high-performing leadership team by developing department heads, succession pipelines, and management capabilities.
  • Establish a culture of accountability by implementing clear KPIs, performance metrics, reporting structures, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop scalable systems, processes, and organizational structures that support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
