Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the healthcare industry.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and supplies.
  • Monitor and control the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Lead and mentor the facilities team to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for all physical assets.
  • Address emergency situations and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Facilities should have:
