Job Description

  • Lead the Infrastructure strategy to maintain reliable, secure, and well-managed technology services.
  • Set the direction for Cloud environments, ensuring they meet business needs and support operational continuity.
  • Drive Cybersecurity priorities to strengthen the protection of systems, data, and technology assets.
  • Oversee Infrastructure and Cloud planning to align technology delivery with organisational requirements.
  • Review technology performance and identify practical improvements to service reliability and resilience.
  • Coordinate Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity activities to maintain clear delivery priorities.
  • Provide technical direction on technology decisions that affect secure operations and service availability.
  • Communicate Infrastructure and Cybersecurity priorities clearly to relevant business stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Infrastructure/Cybersecurity should have:

  • Strong practical capability in Infrastructure planning and operational management.
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies and environments.
  • Solid Cybersecurity knowledge, with the ability to apply it to technology operations.
  • Ability to connect Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity priorities in a clear technology plan.
  • Capability to assess technology needs and make sound technical recommendations.
  • Clear communication skills for discussing technical priorities with business stakeholders.
