Job Description

  • Set the infrastructure direction and priorities in line with Technology and business needs.
  • Oversee the availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure services.
  • Plan infrastructure improvements that support stable business operations.
  • Manage infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
  • Guide the selection and use of infrastructure tools, platforms, and services.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and address issues to reduce service disruption.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver practical solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and planned changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Of It Infrastructure should have:

  • Strong capability in IT infrastructure planning, delivery, and ongoing operations.
  • Experience leading infrastructure initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure availability, performance monitoring, and service reliability.
  • Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience managing infrastructure platforms, tools, and service providers.
  • Confidence in resolving complex infrastructure issues with a practical approach.
