Job Description

* Represent the marketing team in internal meetings across multiple departments.

* Following meetings, present a list of actionable ways the marketing team can support other departments.

* Develop and present a content strategy for a selected month, aligning with the company's marketing goals.

* Develop and present a list of strategies for scaling Esquire's growth of New Clients (NCs) and additional loan efforts beyond digital marketing, email marketing, and organic SEO.

* Assist in the production of engaging social media content and campaigns.

* Support the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.

* Assist in implementing SEO/GEO Strategies.

* Continuously optimize SEO/GEO strategies to maintain and improve search engine rankings.

* Conduct regular audits of the website and marketing materials.

* Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to the manager.

* Assist in identifying and developing partnerships with influencers and potential marketing channels.

* Create detailed briefs for partners and influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and guidelines.

* Provide creative direction to ensure content resonates with the target audience and maintains brand integrity.

* Provide ongoing support for all marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and brand values.

* Conduct research on trending topics and hashtags to inform content creation and campaign strategies.

* Assist in writing and editing marketing emails, providing creative direction for their content and design

The Successful Applicant

* Preferably a graduate of a four-year (4) bachelor's degree in marketing or any related course.

* At least 7 years of relevant experience.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing/SEO/Campaign Direction Development

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with honesty and integrity.

* Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, collaborate across teams, and deliver results on time.

* Creative thinker and problem solver, capable of developing innovative growth strategies beyond traditional digital marketing.

* Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to assess marketing metrics, conduct audits, and optimize performance.

* Experience with partnership acquisition

* Willing to work independently and individual contributor, without direct reports.
