Job Description

  • Lead different functions and set priorities aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technology delivery plans, keeping work focused and well coordinated.
  • Oversee technology initiatives from planning through implementation to support dependable business operations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and translate them into practical actions.
  • Monitor delivery progress, resolve issues within the function, and maintain clear reporting for relevant stakeholders.
  • Guide the use of technology resources to support consistent service delivery and business objectives.
  • Review technology processes and identify practical improvements that strengthen efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for the company's activities, decisions, and delivery plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Of Ctvi should have:

  • Experience leading technology functions, initiatives, or delivery activities.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage technology plans across multiple business needs.
  • Practical knowledge of technology delivery from planning through implementation.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and agree on actions.
  • Capability to monitor progress, address delivery issues, and provide clear updates.
