Job Description

  • Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks (ICFR) across APAC entities
  • Conduct control testing, identify gaps, and drive remediation initiatives
  • Enhance standardisation, documentation, and automation of financial controls
  • Partner with stakeholders and auditors to ensure audit readiness and governance compliance

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:Non-negotiables:

  • CPA/CIA with minimum 5 years of experience in internal controls/audit
  • Proven experience building or transforming control frameworks from scratch
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Background in FMCG or fast-paced, high-volume industries
  • Willing to relocate or be based long-term in Davao

Good to have:

  • Experience in multinational companies
  • Exposure to agribusiness or similar sectors
