The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing opportunities, developing investment theses, managing deal processes, and supporting investor reporting and fundraising initiatives.

The company is a private equity investment firm. Office is based in Makati,City.

Job Description

  • Originate, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy
  • Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and investment recommendation processes
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and preparation of investment and board materials
  • Contribute to portfolio value creation, investor reporting, fundraising activities, and market research



The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance
  • Strong preference for candidates from investment banking or Big 4 transaction services backgrounds
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to independently lead workstreams
  • Commercial and business acumen with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong research and market analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and S&P Capital IQ (or similar platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
  • Professional, dependable, accountable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment



Good-to-haves / Preferred

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Experience leading due diligence workstreams across commercial, financial, tax, legal, and ESG areas
  • Exposure to transaction structuring and negotiation processes
  • Experience preparing investor reports, fundraising materials, and board presentations
  • Understanding of private equity portfolio value creation initiatives and post-acquisition planning
  • Established network within investment, corporate, or advisory communities
