The Investment Associate will support the evaluation, execution, and management of renewable energy investments across the investment lifecycle. The role offers exposure to financial modelling, M&A transactions, project financing, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment performance analysis.

The company is a renewable energy investment platform. Office is based in Makati, Philippines.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain financial models for renewable energy and infrastructure investments
  • Conduct investment, commercial, financial, and valuation analysis to support decision-making
  • Assist with M&A transactions, partnerships, project financing, and due diligence activities
  • Prepare investment materials, forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and management presentations

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure, or M&A
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Experience preparing investment memos, investment decks, and commercial analyses
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external advisors across transactions



Preferred Requirements

  • Exposure to renewable energy projects, particularly solar, wind, or battery storage
  • CFA, CPA, or CMA qualification
  • Experience working with project financing, infrastructure assets, or energy investments
