Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project development from feasibility to completion
  • Build and manage financial models, budgets, and investment analyses
  • Drive asset performance, including leasing, NOI, and value enhancement
  • Support acquisitions, due diligence, and investment committee materials
  • Manage stakeholders, including developers, partners, and service providers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment and Assets Manager should have:

  • 5-8 years' experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management
  • Strong financial modelling skills with solid real estate fundamentals
  • Proven ability to manage projects from feasibility to handover
