Job Description

    • Drive merchandise planning and category performance to achieve sales and margin targets.
    • Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock availability across channels.
    • Analyse sales, inventory, and customer demand trends to identify opportunities.
    • Manage replenishment and allocation strategies to maximise product availability.
    • Support assortment planning and product lifecycle management.
    • Coordinate seasonal launches, promotions, and markdown activities.
    • Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans.
    • Prepare trading reports and performance insights for stakeholders.
    • Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
    • Support process improvements to enhance merchandising effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising, merchandise planning, category management, retail planning, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience using ERP systems, inventory management platforms, or retail planning tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
