Job Description

  • Lead the overall performance of a large-scale manufacturing operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, productivity improvement, and long-term sustainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain coordination to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cost effectiveness.
  • Champion workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across site operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver transformation projects, strengthen organizational capability, and support strategic business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to improve operational performance and lead business-critical initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing large, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex operational challenges.
