Job Description

  • Lead the optimization of procure-to-pay processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across the P2P function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to P2P activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations in all P2P processes.
  • Provide insights on process improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives related to P2P process enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies in the property industry's accounting and finance sector.



The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P Process Excellence Lead should have:

  • 7+ years experience in P2P, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement.
  • Proven expertise in procure-to-pay processes within Shared Services industry.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and relevant software tools.
