Job Description

  • Lead planning activities to support supply availability and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain planning schedules that give teams clear operational direction.
  • Review demand and supply information to identify planning needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate with Procurement & Supply Chain stakeholders to align plans and actions.
  • Monitor planning progress and address issues that may affect delivery against plans.
  • Prepare clear planning updates to support informed operational decisions.
  • Improve planning processes to strengthen consistency, visibility and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate planning records to support reliable reporting and follow-through.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Planning Manager should have:

  • Strong capability in planning and coordinating supply-related activities.
  • Experience developing and maintaining practical planning schedules.
  • Ability to review demand and supply information and set clear priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with Procurement & Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing planning information and records.
  • Ability to identify planning issues and drive practical solutions.
