Job Description

  • Oversee and manage engineering processes to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively to deliver on targets.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Registered Mechanical or Chemical Engineer.
  • Certified Process Performance Engineer (PPE).
  • Proven experience in process optimisation within the building materials manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum five (5) years in project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Willing to be based in Davao.
