Job Description

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for merchant acquiring and payment acceptance solutions
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, development, launch, and optimisation
  • Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable, API-enabled products
  • Enhance merchant-facing journeys including onboarding, transaction flows, and platform usability
  • Optimise transaction performance, conversion rates, and routing using data-driven insights
  • Support go-to-market strategy including product positioning, pricing, and partner enablement

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-7+ years of product management experience in digital platforms, payments, or high-transaction environments
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in merchant-facing products, seller platforms, or business-facing digital solutions
  • Open to backgrounds from telecommunications, e-commerce platforms, and large-scale consumer ecosystems offering integrated digital services (e.g., on-demand platforms)
  • Proven track record working with APIs, engineering teams, and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and optimising product performance
  • Exposure to retail or FMCG digital channels is a plus
