Job Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of project development, from initial planning to construction readiness.
  • Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate land acquisition and manage land-related documentation.
  • Liaise with grid operators to ensure proper integration of projects.
  • Develop capital expenditure-heavy projects and handle financial planning.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address project requirements.
  • Monitor progress and resolve any challenges encountered during development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Development Manager should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project development within the Renewable Energy Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of permitting, land acquisition, and grid coordination processes.
  • Proven ability to manage capital expenditure-intensive projects.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end project development, from initial planning to construction readiness.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • A background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
