  • Oversee daily retail operations across assigned locations to maintain smooth and consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor operational activities and address issues that may affect store performance or customer experience.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to align operational priorities and day-to-day requirements.
  • Review store activities and identify practical actions that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain clear operational records and reports to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure assigned locations follow agreed operating procedures and business requirements.
  • Manage operational schedules and resources to support effective retail execution.
  • Provide updates on regional operations, key issues and progress against operational priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Operations Manager should have:

  • Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations or areas.
  • Practical knowledge of retail operations and store-based processes.
  • Ability to review operational information and identify clear actions.
  • Experience coordinating operational requirements with different internal teams.
  • Ability to organise priorities, schedules and resources across assigned areas.
  • Confidence preparing clear operational updates and reports.
