About Our Client

An organisation operating in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, based in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management across the business.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
  • Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, risk management, and financial processes.
  • Provide financial leadership for project development, investment evaluations, stakeholder management, and team development.



The Successful Applicant

Required (Non-Negotiable)

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership or management role.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS or equivalent accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Understanding of Philippine tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
  • Authorised to work in the Philippines.
