The business is recognized for its commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and leadership development.Job DescriptionJob Description of the Senior R2R ManagerLead and develop a team responsible for end-to-end Record-to-Report operations.Oversee General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close, and Reporting activities.Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with finance leaders, auditors, and key stakeholders across global markets.Monitor performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.Support governance, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful CandidateBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.CPA qualification is a plus.MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.8+ years of experience across Record-to-Report, General Ledger, and financial reporting functions.Proven people management experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Experience within a shared services, GBS, or multinational environment.Prior external or internal audit experience is highly preferred.Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.What's on OfferThe Senior R2R Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a critical finance function within a globally recognized FMCG organization.
