A company in the pharmaceutical retail industry located in Taguig

Job Description

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and profitability
  • Monitor performance indicators (e.g. sales targets, store compliance metrics, margin optimization) and implement corrective actions where needed
  • Lead, coach, and mentor managers and team leaders within the store operations group
  • Work closely with Product and Portfolio, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to ensure operational alignment with broader company goals
  • Drive company-wide strategy, innovation, and growth initiatives to achieve long-term business objectives
  • Drive store and channel sales analytics, business intelligence, and performance reporting to support commercial decision-making
  • Directed the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term financial outlook (P&L, CFS, BS, 5- year financial models)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Group Finance Head should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive leadership experience in operations, strategy, business analytics, finance, or commercial management.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-functional teams in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
