This role will lead end-to-end tax compliance, planning, and advisory for the Philippine entity, operating as the subject matter expert on taxation. This role partners closely with finance leadership to manage tax risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business decisions.

The company is a shipping and logistics organization. Office is based in Pasay.

Job Description

  • Oversee all corporate tax compliance, filings, audits, and statutory requirements
  • Act as the sole tax subject matter expert for the local business
  • Provide tax advisory support to finance and business stakeholders
  • Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:Non‑Negotiables

  • CPA licensure
  • At least 10 years of relevant tax experience
  • Experience within the shipping, logistics, or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance



Good‑to‑Haves

  • CTT licensure
