Job Description

(1) Chemical Process Engineer

  • Develop and maintain process parameters, batch conditions, and commissioning-ready operating documentation.
  • Support process design and optimisation across formulation, mixing, heating/cooling, filtration, and packaging stages.
  • Assist in equipment selection, validation, and integration of manufacturing systems and utilities.
  • Participate in commissioning and ramp-up activities, including troubleshooting, process validation, and performance stabilisation.
  • Conduct structured root-cause analysis to resolve process deviations and improve reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation updates and technical reviews.
  • Collaborate with R&D on scale-up activities and ensure manufacturability of formulations.
  • Work closely with quality and safety teams to ensure consistent production and compliance with manufacturing standards.



(1) Senior Chemist

  • Develop, optimise, and validate formulations for soaps, sanitisers, disinfectants, and related products.
  • Conduct laboratory testing including stability, compatibility, and performance evaluations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Support technology transfer from laboratory to full-scale manufacturing, working closely with the Chemical Process Engineer and production teams.
  • Troubleshoot formulation-related production issues and recommend improvements for consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GMP, and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation including formulation records, COAs, and validation reports.
  • Participate in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives such as CAPA and FMEA.
  • Promote safe laboratory practices aligned with DOLE OSHS and DENR environmental requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Chemical Process Engineer

Non-Negotiables:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering or commissioning within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mixing, heat transfer, batching, and process troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate formulation requirements into practical production processes.



Good-to-Haves:

  • Experience in chemical formulation manufacturing.
  • Exposure to tech transfer from lab or pilot scale to production.
  • Experience drafting batch records and operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional work involving Quality and EHS teams.



Senior Chemist

Non-Negotiables:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and PRC Licensed Chemist.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in formulation development within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in surfactant systems, emulsions, preservatives, sanitiser formulations, and analytical testing.
  • Experience supporting scale-up, process validation, and manufacturing operations.
  • Solid understanding of GMP, GLP, and Philippine regulatory requirements.



Good-to-Haves:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Experience in personal care, cosmetics, household chemicals, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, SPC, and HACCP principles.
  • Experience in product registration and regulatory documentation.
