Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data for decision-making purposes.
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial closings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
