Reporting directly to the Country Head, this role will lead a team of finance and logistics professionals while ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting functions of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and relevant government permits.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising accounting and logistics professionals.
  • Partner with local and regional stakeholders to strengthen financial controls and operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should be:

  • CPA with at least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including handling tax-related matters and compliance.
  • Relevant people management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Multinational company and stakeholders experience is a plus
