Job Description

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax filings and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing required information.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
