Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, workflow automations, and intelligent business solutions.
  • Build integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, CRM systems, collaboration tools, and data platforms.
  • Develop and enhance tools and services that provide secure access to business data for AI applications.
  • Create prompts, agent workflows, retrieval solutions, and human-review checkpoints for critical business processes.
  • Establish testing frameworks and evaluation methodologies to validate AI performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify bottlenecks, and define automation opportunities.
  • Assess project feasibility, estimate effort, identify dependencies, and measure expected return on investment.
  • Monitor production automations, troubleshoot issues, optimise costs, and improve solution performance.
  • Track business benefits including productivity gains, cost reductions, and process improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation for all deployed solutions.
  • Ensure all automation initiatives comply with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Support user adoption through training sessions, knowledge sharing, and best-practice guidance.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications aligned with business needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in software development, systems integration, or automation delivery.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing production-grade LLM or generative AI solutions.
  • Strong programming capability in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs, agent architectures, retrieval systems, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
  • Background using workflow automation platforms such as Windmill, n8n, Make, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and SaaS application integrations.
  • Experience testing and evaluating AI outputs for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business requirements gathering skills.
  • Good understanding of security principles, permissions management, and AI-related risks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Exposure to MCP tools, Snowflake, Claude/Anthropic APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, SOC 2, PCI DSS, business analysis, or ROI modelling will be advantageous.
