Job Description

  • Manage and oversee multi site clinic operations within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, addressing areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and process innovation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to departmental teams.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to align with organisational objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experienced in managing multi site retail or clinic operations
  • Years of progressive management experience
  • Has led teams and has proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and execute growth plans
  • Supports the General Manager in shaping and executing business plans
  • Comfortable making decisions and solving complex business challenges
  • Willing to work Mondays to Fridays, and half day on Saturdays
