Job Description

  • Lead investment evaluations and transactions for airport infrastructure projects.
  • Build financial models and conduct investment analyses to support decision-making.
  • Oversee due diligence and risk assessment for new airport opportunities.
  • Support PPP, M&A, and strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Lead bid preparation and project development activities.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance of airport investments.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Investments should have:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in airport infrastructure investing, project finance, investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record in evaluating and executing complex investment transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with PPPs and infrastructure sectors such as transportation, utilities, energy, or real estate is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lead due diligence processes and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive investment decisions..
