Job Description

  • Co-lead the office leasing portfolio of high-rise office assets.
  • Drive occupancy strategies, market positioning, and broker relations for both internal and external tenants.
  • Oversee a team of approximately five Leasing Managers, ensuring high performance and effective client servicing.
  • Develop competitive leasing strategies, pricing, and go‑to‑market initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external broker networks for pipeline development.
  • Provide executive-level updates, insights, and portfolio performance reporting directly to the President & CEO.
  • Collaborate closely with the provincial co‑head to align leasing strategies and portfolio direction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in office leasing, with at least 80% of their background in the office segment.
  • Senior leadership track record at AVP to Senior AVP level.
  • Proven experience managing large office portfolios of minimum 80,000-100,000 sqm.
  • Strong market relationships with brokers, tenants, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Experience handling high-rise buildings and managing both internal and external tenants.
  • A leadership style suited for transformation, modernization, and introducing new strategies.
  • Maturity and executive presence capable of interfacing with top-level leadership.
