The BI & Insights Manager is responsible for defining and executing the company's insights strategy. This role involves establishing a source of truth for all customer data, conducting ad hoc analysis using large data sets to uncover customer insights, and translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations.

Job Description

  • Establish aSingleSource of Truth (SSOT)
    • Define company-wide data standards and governance practices.
    • Ensure data quality and consistency across all customer-related datasets.
    • Collaborate with the CTO to enable self-serve analytics for business teams.
  • Deliver Business Insights
    • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer behavior and value to inform targeting and product strategy.
    • Product & Promotion Analysis: Evaluate product performance and marketing effectiveness; recommend improvements.
    • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimize clinic, doctor, room, and machine utilization.
  • Automate Reporting
    • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related
  • Minimum 5 years in analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles
  • Capabilities:
    • Proficiency in:
      • SQL for querying and managing large datasets
      • Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
      • Analytical programming (Python or R)
  • Nice to have: Deep understanding of CLV methodologies (historical, predictive, probabilistic) Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, experience with segmentation techniques (e.g., RFM, clustering)
  • Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics and their impact on customer value
