Job Description

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, including principals, suppliers, and institutional clients, to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and execute alliance strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and service innovation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor alliance performance through defined metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify new collaboration opportunities and strengthen overall alliance strategy
  • Prepare and present performance updates and strategic insights to internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or key account management within healthcare, pharma, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including distribution, providers, and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate partnerships into tangible business outcomes
