Job Description

  • Rotational assignments - Category Management, Workplace Design & Fit-Out, Supply Chain Transformation, and ESG.
  • Participate in strategic consultancy projects to drive business growth.
  • Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in top-tier consultancies; real estate exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in consultancy, strategy, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with the business services industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
