Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to work with a regional communications agency.Take ownership of a high-impact leadership role.About Our ClientThis opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized company operating in the Media & Agency industry.Job DescriptionDrive lead generation efforts and build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities in the Philippines market.Lead proposal development, scope definition, and pricing strategies to ensure solutions are profitable and scalable.Own monthly pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting, providing regular updates to leadership.Lead chemistry meetings, credentials presentations, and the end-to-end pitch process.Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic programs for new business pitches and upsell opportunities.Grow existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling, renewals, and long-term partnerships.Build and strengthen the agency's presence, reputation, and market footprint in the Philippines.Develop and lead public relations and communications strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.Leverage knowledge of the Philippine media landscape to identify media opportunities and secure positive coverage.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media contacts, and internal stakeholders.Work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to qualify opportunities and drive successful pitch conversions.Contribute to revenue growth, client retention, and the overall expansion of the business.The Successful Applicant5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or senior client management within a communications, public relations, advertising, or professional services agency.Proven track record of winning new business, growing revenue, and retaining clients.Strong understanding of public relations, communications, social media, content marketing, and branding services.Established professional network within the Philippines and/or APAC communications industry.Strong knowledge of the Philippine media landscape and media relations.Has developed and presented strategic proposals, pitches, and communications programs.Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at the C-suite level.Demonstrated success in client acquisition, account growth, upselling, and renewals.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, forecasting, and revenue planning.Ability to develop and lead public relations and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.Creative problem-solver with a solutions-driven mindset.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What's on OfferComprehensive benefits package to support your professional and personal well-being.Permanent position with opportunities for career advancement.Chance to work in a thriving and innovative Media & Agency environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact.
