Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the Mindanao region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Scope of Coverage: Region 11, 12, Caraga (Davao, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Agusan, Surigao)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A strong background in business development (B2B, stakeholder management, account management, partnerships and strategy).
  • A proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience in identifying market opportunities and devising growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
