The role partners closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes aligned to enterprise standards.

Job Description

  • Conduct detailed process mapping and documentation of current-state workflows, controls, and dependencies
  • Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather process requirements, inputs, and outputs
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process standardisation and improvement
  • Support the development of future-state process designs, including workflows, roles, and service delivery considerations
  • Apply standard process frameworks, taxonomy, and naming conventions across outputs
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge materials aligned to approved designs
  • Create and update training materials to support onboarding and knowledge transfer
  • Document controls, risks, and compliance requirements to support governance and audit readiness
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all process documentation and knowledge assets
  • Maintain document repositories, including version control and organisation of materials

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 4+ years of experience in process analysis, transformation, documentation, or related areas
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certified or trained; PMP or equivalent is an advantage
  • Certification in BPM, process mapping, or instructional design is preferred
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow documentation, or business process analysis
  • Proven experience developing SOPs, training materials, or knowledge assets
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, BPMN, or equivalent process mapping tools
  • Basic understanding of risk, controls, and compliance considerations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment
