Job Description

  • Lead and manage business transformation programs from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business process improvement and change management.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems, including Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with business goals.
  • Design, document, and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status and outcomes.

A successful Business Transformation Program Manager should have:
