Job Description

  • Own category strategy, including growth planning, revenue, and profitability
  • Develop and execute promotional, pricing, and assortment strategies
  • Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of Key Account Managers
  • Partner with key sellers to drive sales, optimize assortment, and improve visibility
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and data teams
  • Drive seller adoption of platform tools and commercial initiatives
  • Monitor category performance, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Use data insights to optimize category strategy and improve outcomes



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in e‑commerce, retail, category, or account management
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing commercial teams
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capability
  • Commercial mindset with solid understanding of pricing, promotions, and margins
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
